Angela Keenom is a twenty-first century businesswoman with all of the knowledge and professionalism that Real Estate has to offer. Her organization and negotiation skills have brought her to a top percent of agents in the industry. Her passion shows through her client transactions—and staying on top of her database is a crucial part of her day to day routine. She has an A-type of personality, perfect for the Real Estate industry.

Angela is currently affiliated with the Central Valley Association of Realtors at both state and national levels. Angela is also largely involved with the Turlock community and has a background in event planning. With over 17 years of knowledge and experience in the sales arena, Angela has the right background to work to your advantage in the sale or purchase of your next property.

AnnMarie Walker

AnnMarie has decades of experience in real estate — she received her license in 1996 — and thrives on building personal relationships with her clients. She has found her niche at Valley Heritage Realty, where the intimate office atmosphere gives her the time and focus to connect individually with the people she serves. “I want a face-to-face connection with my client,” she says.  AnnMarie prides building relationships with her clients that last long after the escrow has closed. “I love to find the right house for the right person.”

AnnMarie is a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors and is active in the communities she serves. This grandmother of six has been married for 35 years and spends her free time indulging her love of travel. Real estate is a family affair for AnnMarie; joining AnnMarie, is her daughter and now partner Stephenie Nash.

Stephenie Marson

Stephenie has always had a love for Real Estate as she grew up watching her mother working in the business. Now, she is excited to partner with Annmarie as they combine their knowledge as a team.

Stephenie’s background in sales and marketing has given her an advantage in the industry; providing her with unique & fresh ways to sell your home. Her passion for serving people combined with her entrepreneurial spirit is what makes her thrive in this industry.

Bryan Saint

Bryan initially made the move to Turlock from Capitola to attend California State University, Stanislaus. What was supposed to be a short term living arrangement has now become home to Bryan for more than 20 years. Bryan is proud to call Turlock home!  Bryan’s prior experiences in pharmaceutical, medical device sales and customer service, have been of great value to him as he followed his passion into the real estate industry.  Bryan takes pride in being consistent, professional, knowledgeable and provides a high level of communication and customer service. 

Bryan’s real estate sales portfolio is quite diversified. He has done a fantastic job of building not only his residential sales portfolio but has also built an extraordinarily strong understanding and sales portfolio in the area of commercial and agriculture real estate. These transactions include retail and office leasing, warehouse/industrial land sales, and residential income properties. Bryan has also built a solid foundation in agriculture sales, including orchards and open farm ground over hundreds of acres. Bryan has many industry awards and recognitions throughout his  for his quality customer service as well as top producer.

Bryan is a member of the Turlock Chamber Ag Scholarship Committee and has also been the Director of the Charity Golf Tournament for the last 6 years. The charity gives out college scholarship money to high school seniors, attending college, in agriculture related studies. When Bryan is not working, he enjoys surfing, swimming, golfing, and spending time with friends and family, including his wife Kirsten, daughter Amelia, and his two pups Maggie and Stella.

Drew Guzman

With more than six years working in the industry, Drew Guzman has built a business around a personalized real estate experience that covers all areas- residential, commercial, and agriculture- for his clients and their referrals. Although his office location is changing, his commitment to providing high quality customer service through constant communication and ongoing support remains the same.

As part of Valley Heritage Realty, he will be able to concentrate even more on serving our local communities and delivering extraordinary personalized service to the people in it.

Dustin Seawell

Dustin Seawell is excited and enthusiastic to join the real estate profession and join forces with Valley Heritage Realty. Through his many years in restaurant management, Dustin has learned that excellent customer service and a memorable experience are two things that are important in serving his clients and the community.

Dustin’s current exposure to the construction industry enables him to provide expertise in many areas from remodeling to room additions and repairs. As part of his commitment to do business with integrity, Dustin provides all his clients with exceptional service knowing that his best assets are his clients respect and trust.

Rachael Epps

Rachael has joined us with many years of real estate experience and is excited to be back in her hometown of Turlock. Along with guiding her clients with the home buying and selling process, she specializes in home design, remodeling and investment opportunities. She’s built her business around a personalized real estate experience, one that covers Stanislaus, San Joaquin, Merced Counties (and beyond). Giving back to the community is an integral part of what she does.

Rachael is a part of many local charities such as law enforcement’s Torch Run for the Special Olympics. In her spare time Rachael enjoys travel, home design, hiking and spending

Kassidy Mendes

Kassidy was born and raised in the Central Valley with deep roots in Hilmar, Turlock and the surrounding areas. She is committed to serving this community and the people in it by providing open, honest and clear communication.  Combining her enthusiasm for real estate with her education and background in marketing, she will give her clients the edge that is needed in this constantly changing real estate market.

Kylie Souza

Kylie grew up in Hilmar, an agriculture driven town and has always had a love and passion for ag. Kylie started her real estate career in 2017, but before that, she worked for a dairy construction company. Her love for the ag community even shows in her charity work with Turlock Chamber Ag Scholarship’s annual golf tournament.

In her spare time, Kylie loves going camping with her husband and kids.

Tim Jones

Tim joins our team with vast knowledge in the real estate business. Tim has been a Realtor for over 26 years and is eager to offer you his experience and commitment in your Residential, Ranch and Commercial sales. When not busy helping his clients, Tim serves his community as the assistant football coach for Hilmar High School as well as being a School Board Trustee for Hilmar Unified Schools. Neil Weese

Turlock native Neil Weese has served on the local Salvation Army Advisory Board for 15 years. We rely on Neil for his big-picture thinking and tremendously astute background in real estate construction and design. Neil’s technical acumen during inspections, construction visualization, and solution-oriented ability is a great benefit for our clients. Kimberly Weese

Kimberly started as an administrative assistant in the equipment rental industry and entered the real estate industry in 2003. She’s detail-oriented and is known for her “follow up and follow through” approach—a detailed, step-by-step mindset that guides her customers from the first inquiry to the delivery of keys. She is a believer in long-term client relationships and is devoted to customers who work with The Weese Team. Outside of Real Estate, Kimberly is an avid marathon and trail runner—assisting as Race Director of the Salvation Army’s Kettle Dash 5k, 10k and Kid Fun Run for a second year.

Nick Hackler

Valley Heritage partner and consultant Nick Hackler draws on his deep agriculture background to benefit Valley Heritage clients. Nick grew up in an ag family and understands the demands of land management and farming. He’s committed to his family farming business and ag services packaging company and developed Valley Heritage to provide a different type of ag real estate service. Nick is deeply involved in local services for the community and organizations including the Planning Commission and the Salvation Army.
